The 21st Reykjavik Open takes place in The Reykjavik City Hall between 7th and 16th of March 2004 (free day 13th of March). The time limit is 100 min + 30 sec. per move for the first 40 moves, 50 min + 30 sec. per move for the next 20 moves and 10 min. + 30 sec. per move for the rest of the game
